Take the Hochmuth cable car from Dorf Tirol up to 1,400 metres above sea level in just 5 minutes and enjoy magnificent panoramic views of Merano and the Etschtal (Adige Valley).

Visit the care centre for bird life at Schloss Tirol – where you can observe birds from barn owls to steppe eagles. The daily flying demonstrations will amaze children and adults alike, and an educational trail provides information on South Tyrolean bird species.
